Yeah!! Job Interviews!!!
Yo hoooo!!! Finally I managed to drag myself to open up the recruitment section of the Straits Times to apply for some jobs yesterday!!! Within 30 mins I managed to finish the first set of newspaper and cut out about 8 advertisements. Out of these 8, I sent out email applications for about 5 and 3 with post.Imagine my shock when I received 2 calls this morning to tell me that I am shortlisted for an interview :) Happy me!!! Such a good news to start off my day!! Why was this good news to me? Cos if I get a job soon, I would be able to have more money to spend when I go to Bangkok with Sharon!!! Yeah!!! So Sharon wish me good luck and pray me me ah!!!! :) hehehe
Oh ya, another good news, my friend in Brissy told me that she should be in the Dean's List cos she got really good results this sem :) Congrats to her!!! She is the 4th friend of mine to be able to get to Dean's List!! Yeah!! Congrats to all of u!!! OK i just realise that I havent congrat her when she told me this news "hiak" but instead like made her abit unhappy cos I told her that if a student is on Dean's List, her SINet should reflect that which in her case didnt (all of my 3 other friends have the line recommended for Dean's List listed on their SINet :(1 of them is getting on the Dean's List this sem, altot I only gave her one e.g. cos she know this friend) :( I didnt did that purposely, after I logged off to go off to have my shower, I tot maybe I shouldnt spoilt her mood should just keep my thinking to myself instead but then I tot if i hide my thinking then I am not her real friend then, so I tried to tell myself she should be ok lah hor, cos to me she seem strong :) altot I only known her for like about 1.5 yrs, we been quite close esp the times when I was still in Brissy. Hope she will be no problem getting into it cos her results was really good when she told me :) and she said her friend didnt see the commends in the SINet too but received an email instead :)
