Mochi
Tried my hands on Mochi some time ago and it tasted good :) My neice and nephew love them but without the red bean filling. They like it plain and the rest of my family like it with the fillings. For me I like it both ways :)

The end results.....MOCHI that are selling so expensive in Supermarkets Bleh :P and it only takes like less than 15 mins to make them.
