Good Service or Bad Service?
I have never came across such bad service esp it was from Singapore Airlines!!! And I have never been so pissed and fed up with a customer service officer before!!! Never had I scolded a customer service officer in such a harsh and angry tone and told her off that she should not be a CSO if she cannot even listen to customer!!! Damm what kind of customer service officer did SIA employ!!!! My blood is still boiling right now when I am typing this!!!
