Toowoomba Trip
Spent the whole day outside from morning 8 plus till 30 mins ago (about 8pm) reached home. So tired esp I am the one driving for the whole day haha but quite alright can trained my driving skills :)Went to Toowoomba (City of Flowers) today cos its the Canival for Flowers over there. A 2 hours drive there, reached there at about 10 plus. Along the way there are alot of animals like horses, cows, sheet etc even emu farm. Drive into one of the fruits and veg farm, wow one small box of strawberries only cost 59 cents so my friends and I bought one big box which consist of 12 small boxes and share and also a big box of tomatoes (about 50 inside) at Aust $2.
Visited some of the winning gardens in Toowoomba, the grand prize garden was very pretty. Then went to the small garden first prize and then the Japan garden etc. Took lots of pics, they can be view at http://trinalim.mypicgallery.com/mpg/Route.asp .
We had lunch in the Toowoomba city biggest shopping centre. Nothing special except when we went into the pet shop, the assistant there let me carry the puppy in the shop, they are so cute wanted so much to get one but too bad I cant cos my rental agent doesnt allow. Then shop around till about 3pm and decided to head towards Darra for dinner. On the way, we wanna to go to the vineyard but then it was on the opposite side so we decided not to go and head to Ispwich Campus instead to look around.
Ispwich Campus to me is more like a resort rather then a university campus. Reached there at about 5pm, want to go to the toliet but you know what? All the toliets are locked arghhh!!! Had to call the sercurity to open the gate for us, and the sercurity wasnt that happy and even told us that she wasnt our personal servants arghhh damm it what kind of sercurity is she. If we know all toliets are locked then we wouldnt be there.
After Ispwich, we drived to Darra for dinner. The resturant boss was kind of cute. As we dont know what to ordered so we tried what the boss says. Ended up the meal was really good and cost Aust $50 for 5 persons.
Headed back towards Brissy at about 7 plus lucky the trip from Darra back to St Lucia only took us about 20 mins. Was so tired when I reached home. Bathed and after finished blogging, I think I am going to sleep. Tomorrow still need to go to Brisbane Market and Sunnybank :)
